Aluline Ltd would advise that all sinks, combi ovens, and units with self-wash cycles be trapped before entering the foul water drainage system. This can be achieved either with individually trapped systems or by installing a large grease interceptor positioned before entry into the water company's sewage system.
Most water companies employ compliance management teams to ensure that wastewater entering their systems contains nothing that may contaminate the network.
All Aluline Traps comply with current regulation and are fully air-sealed.
